We are a well-established local camera shop, known for our friendly service and expert knowledge in all things photography. We’re looking for a Sales and Admin Assistant to help deliver exceptional service to our customers while supporting the smooth operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist customers in selecting the right camera gear and accessories based on their needs.

* Provide product advice, demonstrate camera equipment, and help customers with technical queries.

* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

* Manage stock levels and assist with inventory control

* Answer phone calls and respond to emails regarding product availability, orders, and store inquiries

* Process online orders and ensure timely dispatch

* Maintain store appearance, ensuring displays are tidy and organized

* Handle general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and order tracking

* Assist with marketing efforts, including social media updates and promotional events

What We’re Looking For:

* A genuine interest in photography and camera equipment

* Previous experience in a sales or retail environment prefered

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

* Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale systems

* A positive attitude, team player, and self-starter

*Ability to work 9:00-17:30. 5 days a week (1 day of which being Saturday), with a day off during the week.

However, we would consider school hours / adapted timings for the right candidate.
